Su Graham is currently the President and Senior Associate of her own group of information and records management consultants operating out of the Denver, Colorado area. The list of clients covers a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors and companies of all sizes.

Su’s decades of experience in the information and records management field include holding responsible positions at Manville Corporation, Chevron USA, Exxon Research & Development and Celanese Plastics. Her expertise includes information and records management best practices in the energy, engineering, financial, health care, insurance, legal, mineral, and public utilities fields.

Ms. Graham holds a BS degree in Chemistry with a Library Science minor from Bowling Green State University, an MA in Librarianship from the University of Denver, and became a Certified Records Manager in 1980. In addition to being an active member of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA), Su is a member of the Special Libraries Association, and the Institute of Certified Records Managers. She has received the ARMA Mile High Denver Chapter Member of the Year Award three times and has served on the Chapter Board of Directors in several capacities including Past President, President, Programs Director and Education Director. Su is currently serving on the ARMA New Member Welcome and the Mentorship Committees and the ICRM Awards & Nominations and Mentor Committees.

Ms. Graham was elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Information Management-Africa (FIIM) in May 2018. The grade of Fellowship is granted to the most senior and respected professionals in the field of information management.

Su is one of only 58 Professional Records Managers internationally inducted into the prestigious Company of Fellow of ARMA International in 2017, which is the highest award granted to professionals in the Records and Information Management industry. Her selection was based on contributions she has made to the Records and Information discipline in the last several decades.

Ms. Graham received the 2013 Alan Andolsen Award in Recognition of Outstanding CRM Mentorship from the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM).

Su’s articles have appeared in “RM Quarterly”, “Building Operating Management”, and “The Office”. Su is also active in ARMA International. She chaired the Local Conference Planning Committee for the 1996 Denver International Conference and has served on the Standards and the U.S. Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committees. Ms. Graham is a frequent speaker at ARMA International conferences and chapter seminars.
